PhET Interactive Simulations

The PhET Interactive Simulations Project has developed over 85 simulations for teaching and learning science and math. All simulations are available for free for commercial or non-commercial use from our website (http://phet.colorado.edu). Simulations like Circuit Construction Kit create animated, interactive, game-like environments in which students learn through scientist-like exploration. They emphasize the connections between real life phenomena and the underlying science, make the invisible visible (e.g. electrons, photons, field vectors), and include the visual models that experts use to aid their thinking. PhET simulations are developed by a team of scientists, software engineers and educators and are student tested.
